• All items are sold on a strict 'first come, first serve' basis. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
• All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted.
• All orders are subject to approval by Gift by Jie. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

• Refunds are available only if the purchased item(s) are defective and cannot be replaced.
• Please note that any damage or loss to the goods upon receipt must be reported to us within 5 days, along with a photo and description of the damaged goods. If we do not receive a report within this time frame, we will assume the goods were received in good condition. 
• In cases where damage is caused by human intent, GIFT BY JIE will not be held liable or responsible, and no refunds will be provided.
• Refunds are only available if the purchased item(s) are out of stock.
